The Watchdog: Knows every car on the street, every new package on every porch, and exactly what time you got home last Tuesday.

The Ghost: You've lived next door for three years and made eye contact maybe twice. Somehow always manages to get the mail at exactly the moment no one else is outside.

The Social Butterfly: Organizes the block party. Knows everyone's kids' names, their dog's name, and their dog's birthday.

The Perfectionist: Edges the lawn at 7:00 AM on a Saturday. Makes the rest of the street quietly reconsider their landscaping choices every spring.
